I would like to thank you for all the great things I learned from your cookie exchange website. These are some pictures of my first cookie exchange in 2004. I am already getting calls to make sure I am having one this year. I had 12 women, including myself. We each baked 13 dozen cookies, one dozen for the tasting table and 12 dozen to be packaged in 1 dozen batches for each guest. I turned my dining room into a "country bake shop". We gave out gifts for best tasting, best table presentation and best packaging. We had a wonderful buffet of foods and wines. We played charades and even had an ornament exchange. After hours of laughs and fun, I presented everyone with a decorated brown bag and we went shopping in the "country bake shop". I even made homemade hot chocolate in mason jars as a thank you gift for coming! The following week I presented everyone with a photo book of the swap along with a copy of all the recipies.
