Cathie Wallace's 3rd Cookie Exchange Brodheadsville, PA Hi Robin: I am Cathie Wallace from Brodheadsville, PA, and yesterday I held my 3rd Cookie Exchange. There were 7 gals, 6 of them bakers. We had a super time, played The Right Left Game with one gift which was a Christmas Cookie Cookbook and Christmas Oven Mitts. We also had 2 winners for most festively dressed and the prizes were ceramic Santa/Chef napkins holders. Everyone received a parting gift which was a Gingerbread Boy and Girl tree ornament. Our cookie selection consisted of Mocha Truffle Cookies, Chocolate Crackle, Italian Knots, Snowcaps, Polish Chrusciki, and Peanut/Chocolate Chip Cookies. We enjoyed a delicious buffet of Queso Dip with Tortilla chips, Bourbon Chicken, Shrimp with cocktail sauce Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs, Antipasto stuffed bread, Broccoli Dip in Bread Bowl, Cheese and Crackers, and Gingerbread Trifle. Wine, Soda, and Coffee. It is so wonderful to see everyone enjoy themselves and I really appreciate the gals who travel from 2 different states to attend. I already have ideas for next year!!
