Hi Robin, I hosted my fourth cookie exchange on the evening of December 15th, my theme this year was "Cookies and Cocktails".

I encouraged my girlfriends to dress in cocktail attire and everyone looked gorgeous. I had 16 girls crammed into my little condo and it was a blast!!

I made a chicken alfredo lasagna, since it was on a week night in case anyone had to come straight to the party from work and my pregnant friends especially appreciated that! My appetizers were spinach and artichoke dip, marinated goat cheese, cheese and veggie platters and an assortment of chips and dips.

I had to use THREE tables to display the cookies and they looked beautiful. There was a great variety of cookies including; cocoa linzers, mint chocolate chip, pumpkin spice, marscapone cremes, chocolate crinkles, snickerdoodles, apple cinnamon, oatmeal carmelitas, peanut blossoms, chocolate mint, peanutbutter surprise, gingerbread and bugle cones.
