Brenda "Cookie" Todd's
1st Cookie Exchange

Upper Marlboro, Maryland

This was our first and your website helped out a lot. Thank you so much. Everyone had a ball and can't wait until this year's event.

My husband even stayed around in his silk pajamas and played "Belvedere", he waited on us hand and foot! The cookies were great and it was fun to see everyone's creative side. Can't wait until this year's event.

We had 3 rooms filled with activities...in the main dining room were the cookie displays. In the formal living room was an angel tree decorated with angel and the naughty gifts were under this tree, and in the family room were the nice gifts.

We had an auction and bidded on the naughty and the nice gifts with cookie money of course and we had the cookie gift bags under the REDSKIN tree in the formal dining room, so when the ladies left for the evening with loads of assorted cookies, they also had cookies and cream candles, body spa, body gel, room spray, snowman soup, and a collection of my favorite Christmas songs on a CD. Everyone left with a smile on their face and a tummy full of cookies.

Can't wait til this years event. It is scheduled for 12/22/07. It helps to keep the number of invited guest just around 10-12 and make 1/2 dozen cookie bags. Happy Holidays and thanks for all of your great tips and for sharing this wonderful website!
