My name is Patti Fox and this was my third cookie swap. My first cookie swap was very overwhelming as I had never done one before and did not know about your website at that time.

Last year's swap was my biggest with 13 women attending. I have attached some photos of our 2008 cookie swap in Jackson, New Jersey. This was the smallest swap I hosted with only 7 people, but it was a huge success!

Friends from the neighborhood came with their appetizers, cookies and cookie recipes to eat, drink, laugh and bring home dozens of delicious cookies!

My friend's daughter was our 'quizmaster' and official party photographer! We hold our swaps on a Friday night so we don't have as much time as a weekend swap. However, we don't notice that as we're laughing and enjoying each other's company into the wee hours of the night.

It's a splendid way to end a long week of work and motherhood and put us all in the Christmas Spirit! We played Christmas trivia; had the best cookie display contest, and best tasting cookie contest for prizes.

I am going to take some of the great craft and gift ideas I saw on your website and use them for next year's party to make it an ever bigger success! I truly enjoy hosting these swaps and thank you for having such a fun and helpful website dedicated to them.
