Hi Robin,

I did my cookie exchange this year on December 7th---we always swap the first weekend of December.

Upon arriving, everyone places 2-3 cookies on a plate, and takes them back to the judging room.
5 lucky guys decide on the top 3 cookies while we eat dinner.

This year I served enchiladas, green salad, chips & guacamole & homemade limeade.

Once we're done with dinner, the judges come out, announce the winners, and then award the prizes.
The guys then eat dinner while we swap the cookies on cute platters I always provide.
