Robin,

This year was a great year for my cookie party. We spiced up some old with some new ideas and had a blast. I stretched my creative flow and created some great new games. We played the balloon reindeer game, but I made the mistake of getting knee highs instead of panty hose, but my guest are as creative as I am so they improvised and we played anyhow.

We had an ugly sweater contest which not that many understood but they will be geared up and ready for this competition next year. My daughter is pictured with her flashing "ugly" sweater. I can't wait to see what they all cook up for ugly sweaters next year.

We played team games that when you won you were rewarded with cookie bucks that you then later bid on gifts. Still working the bugs out of the bidding. We played tie the apron on relay where you wear oven mitts to do the tying, it was really funny.

I also created my own Shout About Christmas DVD trivia game. We changed up the evening by hosting it on a Friday night all were ready to relax and enjoy the evening. I received RSVP's for next years before the night was even close to being done.
