You are an inspiration! And, I am so grateful for all of the information you provide.

I held my Cookie Exchange at my church on December 11th. My theme was a "Christmas Tea Cookie Exchange". I sent out invitations with wording that you recommended, and asked everyone to create a display. I requested three dozen cookies (one batch) from everyone, and a container to take their goodies home in. I gave a door prize basket, holding to the "Tea" theme, a prize for best display, and we played a memory game with a prize for the winner. I only had eight guests in attendance, not bad for my first exchange though. It was a lovely afternoon, and I was STRONGLY encouraged to do this again next year...bigger and better!
