Hi Robin!

I held my 14th Annual Cookie Swap on December 17th. We decided to go back to our tradition of wearing Christmas pajamas instead of trying another theme this year (last year we changed things up a bit and did an 80's theme). It's much more comfortable wearing our pajamas since we eat until our pants explode every year!

Cookies this year were: Creamy Cashews (of course), Ginger Cookies, Christmas Tree Spritz, Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies, Kris Kringle Cookies, Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, Chewy Choco Peanut Pudgies, Raspberry Linzer Pinwheels and Banana Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

Appetizers: Christmas Punch, Stromboli, Cream Cheese & Bacon Crescent Rolls, Cranberry Cheese Dip, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Turkey & Spinach Meatballs w/Mozzarella Cheese, Crab Dip, Cucumber Bread, Pulled Pork Won Tons and a Baby Spinach Salad w/Glazed Walnuts, Craisins, Gorgonzola Cheese with a Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing.

We also had our ornament exchange and this year's theme was "jingles". The ornaments didn't have to be a bell but they had to jingle in some way.

We already have our date picked out for December 2011 and some people have already chosen what cookie they want to make! We are definitely some die-hard cookie swappers!
