Hi Robin,
My friend Stephanie and I had our "1st Cookie Exchange Party" on December
17. It was from 10:30am - 1:00pm. We invited 18 of our friends and 14 came.
It was such a great party. We served lunch which consisted of a Sausage Rigatoni
Casserole and a Crab Stuffed Shells Casserole, a Caesar Salad, rolls &
butter. We had Mimosas or Hot Cider for everyone as they arrived.
Each and every person who came really outdid themselves as far as creativity
for their cookies. When all the cookies were displayed it was quite a beautiful
picture. We had three games. "Most Outrageous Outfit" went to Becky who came
dressed as a baker and looked like she had slaved over a hot stove all morning
to make her cookies.
The second game was "Best Displayed Cookies". That went to Patty who brought
the Cookie Pops in cute candy cane buckets. The third game was "Pass the
Ornament" and that was a ton of fun.
Each and every person had a great time and commented that they couldn't wait
til next years party. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas.
