Here is the info about my 1st exchange. There were 12 ladies there and I had it on the 1st Sunday in December. After everyone arrived, they went to the living room with their drinks and finger foods and just automatically starting talking about their cookie recipes, and all the funny stories that went with them. I didn't even have to prompt them! LOL After visiting for awhile, we played the left right game(I gave everyone Snowman themed gifts) and I also had a drawing and gave away a live xmas tree.

After that, we proceeded to the kitchen to do the actual swap. The ladies brought 6 dozen each -one lady split it into 3 dozen of 2 different kinds. After everyone got their 72 cookies, there were lots left over so I just had them keep going around the table until they were all gone.

After the swap, most ladies went back into the living room to visit more. Even though the party was from 1-3pm, it was well after 5 when the last person left. When they did leave, every single lady wanted to know if I was going to do it again in 2005. Well, I am -it's all set for December 11, 2005!

Other than tweaking a few things here and there, I plan on doing it just the same!! Thank you so much for all your info here on your website--I couldn't have done it without you!! I am so excited for Cookie Swap 2005!!
